- Change of mind: 30 days, unused and boxed, and you arrange the return shipping.

Before you buy
How hard is it to assemble?
Most items arrive largely built — a chair is typically a base, a cylinder and a seat. Allow 20-40 minutes and a second pair of hands for the heavier pieces. Tools are included where they are needed.
What if it turns up damaged?
Photograph the box and the damage before you unpack any further, then email us within 14 days. We arrange a replacement part or a replacement unit.
Will it stand up to daily salon use?
These are trade items, not home-use versions. Hydraulic chairs use a standard pump and a steel base. If something fails because it was faulty when it arrived, tell us and we will put it right.
Can I return it if it does not suit?
If it is faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. If you simply change your mind you have 30 days — unused and in its original box — and you arrange and pay the return shipping.
How long does delivery actually take?
Packed in 1-3 working days, then 3-5 working days in transit from a US warehouse. You get a tracking number when the carrier scans it.
