Returns and Refunds

If it turns up broken or wrong

Email us within 14 days with a photo. We will send a replacement part or a whole new one, or refund you. You do not pay anything and you do not post it back.

If you change your mind

You have 30 days from the day it arrives. The item has to be unused and back in its box. You pay the cost of sending it back. We refund the price you paid once it reaches the warehouse.

These are big boxes, so sending one back is not cheap. That is why we would rather you email us before you buy and let us tell you if it fits your yard.

If you want to cancel

Email us before it ships and we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is on the truck it becomes a return.
