Free shipping, from a warehouse in the United States
Every order ships free within the United States. Nothing is charged at checkout and there is no minimum.
Our stock sits in US warehouses, not overseas. That is the whole reason we chose this supplier over a cheaper one — it is the difference between a parcel that arrives next week and a parcel that arrives next month.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days from the moment you order.
- Transit: 2–8 business days once it leaves the warehouse. Most items quote 3–5.
- Total: 3–11 business days.
You get a tracking number by email when the carrier scans the parcel — not when the label is printed. A label sitting in a queue is not a shipment and we will not pretend otherwise.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel runs materially past those windows, email bobsterh2014@gmail.com and we will tell you exactly where it is. If it is genuinely lost we send a replacement rather than opening a long investigation.
We ship to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii can add a few days to the transit figure above.
