Accessibility

We want every part of this store to be usable, including by people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we aim for

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That covers text contrast, keyboard access to every control, descriptive text for images, labelled form fields, a logical heading order and a visible focus indicator.

Where we are

We review the store regularly. At the last review every image carried alternative text, every form field was labelled, the page had a single main heading with no skipped levels, and body text met or exceeded the 4.5:1 contrast requirement. Accessibility is not a one-off job and we keep checking as the store changes.

If something does not work for you

Please tell us. Email support@tapora.net with the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it and reply within two business days. If you cannot complete a purchase because of an accessibility barrier, email us and we will take your order directly.
