Will it keep my whole head warm, or just my ears?
Just your ears — it covers the ears only, not the top of the head. On very cold days, wear it with a hat as well.
Will it fit over a bun or ponytail?
The band is slim and sits behind the head, so it suits a ponytail or a low bun better than a big hairstyle.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
