Fit and size
One size, adjustable band. Sits best worn up over the top of the head and down over the ears; worn low, the band sits more like a neck warmer and misses the ears.
Fabric and care
Polyester. Spot clean or wipe with a damp cloth. Air dry.

Make sure the band sits over the crown of your head, not around the neck, so the pads land on your ears.

Yes, they're windproof, built with thick plush fleece pads specifically to block wind rather than just pad the ears.
Will I still hear traffic while wearing them?
Yes — they're light enough for cycling or dog walks, and traffic and conversation stay audible.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
