Most wrap coats either gape open on the walk to the car or need constant retying by the school gates. This one has a proper self-tie belt and a deep shawl hood built for wind at the bus stop, in a double-faced wool that holds its shape instead of going limp by lunchtime.
- Self-tie belt at the waist. Pulls the wrap front in and stays put, rather than sliding loose.
- Deep shawl hood. Oversized collar that folds up over your head or sits open as a statement collar.
- Double-faced wool. Two layers of cloth bonded together for a clean finish, so there's no separate lining to bag out at the hem.
- Roomy, mid-length cut. Loose through the body with wide sleeves, room for a chunky jumper underneath.
Fit and size
A loose, wrap fit that sits mid-thigh. The self-tie belt sets how fitted it looks, so there's room to adjust either way. Available in S, M and L.
Fabric and care
70% wool, 30% polyester, in a double-faced construction. Dry clean; steam rather than iron directly to keep the pile from flattening.
Worth knowing
This is a wool blend, not pure wool, so it's a little lighter to wear than an equivalent all-wool coat of the same thickness. The belt ties rather than buckles, so there's no hardware to catch on a bag strap.

Is it real wool?
Yes, it's a 70% wool, 30% polyester blend in a double-faced construction, not a wool-look synthetic.
Will the belt stay tied, or come loose all day?
It's a self-tie fabric belt rather than a buckle. Tied in a knot it holds, though like any wrap coat belt it needs retying if you're very active in it.
Is the hood a proper hood or just a big collar?
It's a deep shawl-style hood: you can pull it up over your head in the wind, or leave it folded open as a wide collar.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
