Hat on, scarf on, and the wind still finds the bare strip at the back of your neck. This hood and neck-warmer is knitted as one piece, so there is no gap left to find. Pull the drawstring snug, tuck it under your coat collar, and the walk to the station stops being the coldest part of your day.

Is it itchy?
There is no wool in it: it's cotton and polyester.
Will it sit under my coat?
Yes, that is what it is shaped for. It sits close around your neck and shoulders, so it tucks under a coat collar rather than bunching on top.
Does one size really fit?
It is one size with a drawstring at the neck, so you pull it in until it is snug.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
