It runs a touch roomy on smaller heads, and most of the warmth comes from the fur trim rather than the crown fabric, which is thin on its own.

Is the fur real?
No, it's faux fur and polyester.
Will it fit a smaller head?
It can sit a little large on smaller heads — tucking or stitching the inner band tightens the fit.
Is it warm all over, or just the fur trim?
Most of the warmth comes from the fur trim covering your ears and forehead; the crown fabric underneath is thin on its own.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
