Is it itchy against the neck?
No. It's 80% viscose, 20% polyester — a soft, smooth knit rather than wool, so there's nothing scratchy at the throat.
Is it warm enough on its own, or just a layer?
It's built as a thin layer rather than a heavy jumper, so it earns its keep under a blazer or coat. On its own it suits a mild day rather than a proper cold snap.
The sizing is by weight — what if I'm between two bands?
Go with the higher band. The knit has some stretch, so it'll sit closer rather than loose if you're right on the line.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
