Wind at the school gates finds every gap a coat leaves - the one under a scarf, the one above a collar. This one closes it with a hood you can actually pull up, belted at the waist so the warmth stays in rather than flapping open on the walk.
- Attached hood. A deep hood in a contrast colour, built in rather than bolted on, for wind and drizzle on the school run.
- Colour-block collar and cuffs. The hood, collar and cuff turn-backs sit in a second shade for a tailored, finished look.
- Double-faced wool fabric. Finished on both sides, so the coat holds its shape without a separate lining.
- Self-tie belt. Cinch it at the waist or leave it open over a jumper - the fit moves with you.
Fit and size
Cut long and loose, falling past the knee, with a shawl collar and a self-tie belt so you can set the waist to how you're layering. It's generous through the body: take your usual size for a closer fit, or size up for extra room over a jumper. Available in S, M and L.
Fabric and care
70% wool, 30% polyester, finished double-faced: the reverse is woven in a second shade, which is what shows at the hood, lapels and turned-back cuffs. There is no separate lining. Dry clean.
Worth knowing
There are no buttons to do up: the belt holds it closed, and the hood folds flat against the collar when you don't need it.

Is it real wool, or is 'wool coat' doing some stretching?
It's a genuine wool and polyester blend - 70% wool, 30% polyester - not a wool-look synthetic. The polyester is there to help the coat hold its shape.
Will the hood actually stay up in the wind?
It's a deep, structured hood built into the collar, not a flimsy add-on, so it sits properly rather than sliding straight back off your head.
I'm between sizes - which way do I go?
The fit is generous rather than fitted, so size up if you want room for a jumper underneath, or take your usual size for a closer silhouette.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
Why are there no reviews yet?
We are new this winter and we will not invent reviews. Instead, every page gives you the measurements in centimetres and the full fabric composition.
