Most coats sold as "wool" these days are mostly polyester with a wool coat's price tag. This one has the wool: a 70% wool, double-faced weave that holds its shape through a winter of school runs and cold commutes, cut long and straight so it doesn't fight a jumper underneath.
- 70% wool, double-faced weave. Real wool fibre, woven double-sided so there's no separate lining to sag or pull.
- Extended length, straight cut. Falls well past the knee for proper coverage on cold mornings, with room to layer.
- Double-breasted, notch lapel. A tailored collar that stands up against the wind at the bus stop.
- Welt pockets, structured sleeve. Holds its shape wear after wear rather than going baggy at the elbow.

Cut straight and generously, true to a classic tailored coat rather than a fitted one. Available in S to L; the straight cut leaves room to size up if you want to layer a jumper underneath.

Is it really wool, or just a polyester coat called "wool"?
It's a genuine wool blend: 70% wool, 30% polyester, woven double-faced. It isn't a synthetic coat marketed as wool.
Will it look cheap in real life?
It's a double-faced wool weave with a tailored notch lapel and double-breasted button front, no visible branding. The photos show the fabric's texture and drape as they are.
How do I choose a size?
It's cut straight and roomy rather than fitted, true to a classic tailored coat. Take your usual size, or size up for extra room to layer a jumper underneath.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
Why are there no reviews yet?
We are new this winter and we will not invent reviews. Instead, every page gives you the measurements in centimetres and the full fabric composition.
