A hip-length puffer looks the part until the wind finds the gap above your knees. This one is cut well past the knee, with a full hood and a stand collar that zips to the chin, so the whole walk stays warm, not just the top half.
- Falls well below the knee. Covers the thighs and knees, where a hip-length puffer leaves you exposed.
- Padded with polyester wadding, not down. A thick, even fill built for warmth without the care fuss of real down.
- Attached hood, stand collar. Zips right up against wind and rain.
- Roomy, straight cut. Room for a jumper underneath without pulling at the zip.
- Two zip-through side pockets. Deep enough for a phone and gloves.

Fabric and care
Shell and lining: 90-95% polyester. Filling: polyester wadding, not down. Machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle; reshape and hang to dry.
Worth knowing
This is a polyester-wadded coat, not a down coat, so there's no loft to pat back into place after washing and no feathers to worry about.

All measurements in centimetres, taken on the garment; chest is all round. Allow 1 to 3 cm either way. The UK column is our estimate: it picks the size that leaves 16 cm of room over a typical UK bust.
How to measure
A Chest: straight across, armpit to armpit. Double it for the all-round figure.
B Shoulder: seam to seam across the back.
C Length: top of the shoulder down to the hem.
D Sleeve: shoulder seam to the cuff.

Is it filled with real down?
No. It's padded with polyester wadding, not down. The shell and lining are polyester too.
Will it actually keep my legs warm, not just my top half?
It falls well below the knee, so it covers the thighs and knees as well as the body, unlike a hip-length puffer.
How do I pick a size?
Check the garment measurements above — bust, shoulder, sleeve and length in centimetres for each size — rather than going on your usual UK size alone.
Will it look like the photos?
The colour, fabric and cut you see are what we send. If it turns up damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
When will it arrive?
Usually 10 to 17 days from order, tracked all the way; your estimated arrival date is shown above. Order several pieces and they can come in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
What if it doesn't fit, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging; socks must still be sealed. You pay the return postage, with no returns fee on top.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Prices include UK VAT and there are no customs or import charges to pay.
